Transactions delayed or missing

The app syncs when you open it, and your iPhone may refresh it in the background. Some banks post slowly.

Polaris does not hold your books, so syncs run on your iPhone or Mac — when you open the app, while it stays open on a Mac, or when your iPhone allows a background refresh. Open the app and pull to refresh, or choose Sync Now (⇧⌘S) on Mac. If the institution is on Connection status, wait out that outage. You can always add a manual transaction and let the import match later.
