New phone, reinstall, iCloud

The book follows your Apple ID when iCloud Drive is on.

Sign into the same Apple ID, keep iCloud Drive on, install Polaris, and wait for the store to appear. Do not tap through “start fresh” if you still want the old book. If something looks empty, force-quit and reopen before doing anything destructive.
