Duplicate transactions

Suspected duplicates are flagged, not silently deleted.

A gold banner offers review. Confirm to exclude a duplicate from totals (the row is kept). Keep both if they are real. High-confidence cases that would make an account reconcile to the penny can be auto-confirmed; you can still undo.
