On-device intelligence

Apple Intelligence on this device. Your transactions are not sent to a Polaris model.

Insights, merchant cleanup, and category suggestions can use Apple Intelligence. That model runs on the device. We do not operate a cloud AI that stores your receipts or books.

Requires iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16 models or later, or iPhone Air; iPad mini (A17 Pro) or iPad models with M1 or later; or MacBook Neo or a Mac with M1 or later. On iOS 26, iPadOS 26 or macOS 26 or later, with Apple Intelligence turned on in a supported language. On any other device the deterministic rules still run — brand catalog, name cleanup, spending facts — they are just not narrated by the on-device model.

Toggle features in Settings → Intelligence. Turn the master switch off and Polaris never calls the model.
