Duplicate accounts after reconnect

Merge from Data Health. History stays; balances are combined.

A reconnect sometimes leaves an old row next to a new one. Settings → Data Health offers a merge: one live account, history kept, balances combined. Do not delete the old row by hand if a merge is offered — that is how history gets orphaned.
